We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Due to hygiene reasons, worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopnareli@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
